Responsibilities

Focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, handling vendor onboarding, and addressing their needs and inquiries.

Vendor Acquisition

Identify and recruit diverse and talented food truck vendors to join The Glades' culinary lineup.
Conduct outreach and build partnerships with potential vendors to enrich our offerings.

Vendor Onboarding & Support

Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new vendors, providing all necessary information and support.
Act as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.

Vendor Satisfaction & Retention

Proactively engage with vendors to understand their needs and preferences.
Foster a positive vendor community, ensuring a harmonious and thriving environment.

Vendor Events & Collaborations

Collaborate with vendors to plan joint events and promotions, maximizing exposure for all parties.
Encourage vendor participation in The Glades' special events, driving customer engagement.

Vendor Communications

Keep vendors informed about park updates, upcoming events, and marketing initiatives.
Gather vendor feedback and insights to continually improve vendor experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in vendor management, sales, or relationship-building roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse vendors.
Entrepreneurial mindset, driven to support vendors' success while ensuring The Glades' growth.
Passion for fostering a vibrant and collaborative vendor community.
